We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Sales & Service Engineer with 2 to 5 years of proven success in selling & providing service to Industrial Automation Products, including Variable Frequency Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and Servo Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Industrial Automation field and exhibit confidence in conducting sales & service activities.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Sales & Service Engineer with 2 to 5 years of proven success in selling & providing service to Industrial Automation Products, including Variable Frequency Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and Servo Systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Industrial Automation field and exhibit confidence in conducting sales & service activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales plan to drive business growth in assigned accounts/territories/industries to meet sales targets
- Acquiring new customers and expanding the client base.
- Establishing and nurturing business partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive sales plan for new or dormant customers in the specific territory or industry
- Develop prospect list for sales opportunities Maintain active funnel in order to satisfy sales targets
- Undertake daily sales calls in assigned accounts/ territories/industries.
- Qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts or territories.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of Industrial Automation Products.
- Strong understanding of Variable Frequency Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and Servo Systems.
- Confidence and proficiency in sales activities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India for business purposes.
Skills and Attributes:
- Candidate should be well conversant and must have basic knowledge of VFDs, Servos, HMI and basic wiring Programming, Simulation and Testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
